BattleRO: Rules

Player Rules

No Botting.
No trading accounts, items or Zeny for real money.
Do not impersonate any other player and make them look bad.
Advertising of other private servers will not be tolerated in forums or ingame.
Do not impersonate any GM at all. GM impersonation will result in a permanent jail.
Do not spam text or spells with noticeable effects or use area effect skills in towns.
Do not use Dead Branches for the purpose of lagging the map or server. Anyone found doing this will be in permanent jail.
Do not threaten anyone for any reason, particularly GMs.
Kill-stealing MVP and MVP's mob are allowed.
No excessive player killing to boost your rankin pvp or to get treasure box.
If you have been found abusing bugs, depending on the severity of the bug you may be banned.
Using Wpe / Rpe programs results in a permanent ban. This can also affect you friends, if you use their accounts.
Do not beg for anything. Even if you are a novice, just remember everyone else started as one, and they all got through it.
Do not complain for randomly getting killed in PvP rooms. PvP room is for PvP, not a place to hang out. If you go into a PvP room, be ready to get killed.
I tems lost in disconnections/server crashes/errors will not be replaced, under any circumstances like:

Items were accidentally dropped on the ground

Items were accidentally given to a wrong person

Items were accidentally sold to an NPC

Items were broken during upgrade attempt

The character was deleted by user, but the user forgot to unequip items (zeny)

Forums Rules

Do not spread rumours without proof
Refrain from post spamming. Spam posts will be deleted.
Do not flame other posts, unless it is in the Flaming section.
Please refrain from pointless name calling and excessive profanity on forums.
Do not make any unnecessary topics. For threads such as this, use the Off-Topic section.
Do not start new topics within existing topics. If you have a new question, make a new topic.
Do not double post. If you lag and accidentally double post, please delete it as soon as possible.
Please try to limit the size of your signature to a reasonable size - i.e. not excessively scrolling the thread.
Failure to comply with these regulations will result in a temporary or permanent ban depending on the offense.

War of Emperium Rules

No icewalling the castle entrance.
No trade, party invite, befriend opponents.
No warp portal on spawn.
You may not drop a castle during seige. You may drop it during non-seiging time.
It is not allowed to play WoE without a significant guild emblem. Also, it is not allowed to use the same emblem, another guild uses. Ally logos, however are allowed.

GM Rules

GM is not allowed to insult other players or GMs.
Its strictly forbidden to abuse your power/GM rights in any way.
GMs should try to be ingame as much as possible.
GMs should not go to PvP and GvG area.
Ignoring these rules might result in a revocation of a GM`s account/status
Avoid typos and spelling errors as much as possible in global announcements.
You must not do anything that would be considered by the Admin as unethical or bad for the server.
Do not run events while others are in progress (e.g. during WoE, RFYL and MVP Invasion).
